PC Gamer UK states 2012 for WoD MMO

Member Miykala posted on my wall that the latest edition of PC Gamer UK states the WoD MMO will be released in 2012.

I know.. clearly the editors in the UK offices of PC Gamer are partaking in a little bit to much wacky weed and missed all the turmoil at CCP the past 2 months. None the less even though this claim sounds way out of left field I shot a email to CCP Chris just to get his reaction to this article or even if they contacted him. He kept by his official stance "there is no official release date" and outright said a 2012 release will not happen.

The good news however, he did repeat in the email what he said at TGM, that he expects more info to be released in 2012. So good to hear that is still on track to happen. Feel free to comment.

Magazines tend to be written with a 2 month lead time - perhaps they sent it to print without changing that date.

Or they just didn't research, which seems to be a common trend in gaming journalism.
